I bought "Awelfor," a 200+ year old detached cottage in St. Dogmaels, Pembrokeshire, back in 2003 when it was a very popular holiday -let averaging 20 weeks of occupancy per year. Whilst I have enjoyed the cottage for personal use only, Awelfor could very easily earn its own keep as a holiday cottage again and I would be willing to sell it fully furnished with everything you need to start earning immediately.
St. Dogmaels (Pembrokeshire) is a place of outstanding natural beauty that is largely unspoilt or over populated. The village of St.Dogmaels is situated on the Tivy Estuary, famous with bird watchers and its many rare birds, flocks of geese and swans.
Awelfor was originally two captains cottages and now offers spacious first class accommodation with a subtle mix of period features and modern comforts. The two bedroom cottage can sleep six (with a double sofa bed) and comes with a private garden and parking for two cars. It is walking distance of four pubs and a large sandy beach. You can even walk to an Indian restaurant...what more do you need?
