Chicken Madeira


Chicken breasts (dish will serve between 300grams to 1kg)
1 to 2 crushed garlic gloves (to taste)
1 teaspoon of ginger
3/4 cup of Madeira Wine
1/4 cup of virgin olive oil
1/4 cup of soy sauce

1/4 teaspoon of oregano

Mix all ingredients in together well and marinate for 12-24 hours. Place in casserole dish and bake for 45 minutes.
Serve with rice.
