The apartment is let by the week, from Monday to Monday, with some flexibility for two weeks or more. Once booked a welcome pack with directions & instructions will be mailed to you together with details on how to pick up the keys. This property is managed via "The Caring Company," the local key holder who will meet you at the airport and, if required, take you to the apartment. Weekly Rates £395 per week or €595 Euros with a 10% discount on second, third, etc weeks. A 25% deposit is required when making your reservation with the remaining 75% due 4 weeks prior to departure. Deposits can only be refunded for cancellations received within no less than 40 days notice prior to your departure. It is your responsibility to ensure acknowledgement of your cancellations is received in good time.
